首先在铸造工艺上，我公司全部使用金属模具，配合我公司独创的生产工艺，使铸造外观及内在质量达到了树脂砂的铸造水平，解决了行业内铸造外观粗糙的问题，在原材料的选用上，我们拥有先进的分析仪器，对原材料进行各项指标的严格检测，不合格的原材料杜绝使用，从而把住了产品质量的第一关。我公司又购买了先进的西格马振动时效设备，生产的铸件全部经过时效处理，以消除内应力，解决了行业内铸件因时间问题而来不及进行时效处理的难题。
在加工方面，经过时效处理的铸件，我们又在关键工序上分为粗加工和细加工，使产品因内应力而产生变形的机率降到最低，投巨资购进的专用精加工镗床在设备上保证了产品的精度及各项技术指标，杜绝了人为操作失误的因素。
在水压试验方面，我们进行了包括油箱在内的超出标准一倍的压力试验，确保了不漏油、不漏水。
在主轴密封方面，我们采用独创的零磨损迷宫密封方案，能够保证只要轴承不坏的情况下不会产生漏油现象，全部产品都配用专门研制的橡胶密封件，保证不会产生油水混合现象。

Introduction to Production Technology

First,in casting technology, our company adopts metal mould and our own unique technology and makes the casting reach the casting level of resin sand both in appearance and inner quality,changing the rough surface of inside casting.Second ,in the choice of raw material, with advanced analysis instrument, we test every index of the raw material to control the quality of the products and avoid the sue of unqualified material.Last,we purchased advanced Sigma vibration aging equipment,with which all the products have been treated to remove the inner stress. Thus,we have solved the problem that casting is not treated for lack of time.
In terms of process, treated with aging process and the rough and fine treatment at important working procedure ,the products are less likely to get deformed because of inner stress. The special boring lathe for fine treatment purchased with a large quantity of money is a guarantee of the precision of products and all the technical index, avoiding the man-made operation mistakes.
In hydraulic pressure test, we have made test of double standard pressure , including the oil tank, to ensure than there is no leakage of oil and water.
In chief axis sealing, we have adopted our unique zero-abrasion puzzle sealing solution.There is definitely no leakage of oil unless the bearing does not works .All the products are fixed with specially developed rubber seal to ensure that there is no mix of oil and water.
